Mary Stinson
“Bold brows and beautiful skin are my obsession.”
Bold brows and beautiful skin have been Mary Stinson’s obsession since she was three years old. As a young adult, Mary took her passion and put it into practice, graduating from the Aveda Institute in Seattle with her Aesthetics License in 2006. After gaining skills and knowledge working in the spa industry and 4 years as a traveling educator, Mary founded Mynx Aesthetik in 2013 and has been providing personalized skincare in Tacoma ever since.
Mary is dedicated to staying up to date with all the new modalities, making continuing education a top priority. She is certified as a Hydrafacialist, Lamprobe Technician and CIT Pen Certified. Mary is passionate about her clients and her profession and there is nothing she loves more than seeing that perfect glow and a big smile on her client’s faces as they walk out the door.
When Mary isn’t working she loves spending time with her pup-pal, (Hazel and her family. Mary is also an avid hiker and runner and truly believes in living her best life.

Melissa Finlay

Melissa Finlay is a true northwest girl at heart and loves calling Tacoma her hometown. Melissa attended the Advanced Aesthetics Program at Clover Park Technical College where she graduated in 2017 with her Master Aesthetics License. After graduation, Melissa honed her skills by helping to open up a high-end Spa in Florida, where she gained invaluable experience, learning from some of the best Aestheticians in the country. Now, Melissa is excited to be home and embark on new adventures of her own! Melissa is extremely passionate about Medical Skin Treatments, Brazilian Waxing, and Lash Treatments. We are very excited to have Melissa as part of the Mynx Aesthetik team.

Malari Fraser
Malari’s obsession is perfecting the brow! Her skills shine cultivating and crafting a beautifully framed brow that compliments a client’s specific facial features! Facials are a close second as she loves making her clients feel relaxed, pampered and gorgeous! A favorite facial for Malari is the C-Awaken Facial because of its instant glow effect! You leave with noticeable results that continue to glow for days!
Malari also loves extracting blackheads and could be nicknamed Dr. Pimplepopper Jr. because it’s her weirdo obsession!!! Bring her your clogged pores!
When rocking her hair removal craft, Malari prefers using sugar for the body and hard wax on the brows. Hard wax on the brows allows for a bit more definition while using sugar for the body because it’s quick, clean, not harmful for the environment, and leaves skin soft as silk and hair grows back finer and thinner!
